Located next to the Fateh Jang toll plaza, near the Tarnol Railway crossing, Faisal Town (Sector F-18) is one of the localities that have easy access to the New Islamabad International Airport. The airport is expected to be completed in 2016, but that’s not the topic of discussion for this post.
Let’s come back to Faisal Town. I would like to tell you that booking for plots of various sizes is currently open in Block B. According to Mr Shiraz Manzoor of Pak Associates, a registered agent of Faisal Town, the developer has offered more than 400 plots to registered agents, who are now selling them on first-come, first-served basis.
The good news is that plots are being offered with plots numbers, which means you can own a plot of your choice in the locality.

Development work is underway in the locality at a steady pace. According to Mr Manzoor, the developer will hand over possession in Block A in October 2016.
Considering the fact that Faisal Town is located at a distance of 7-8 kilometres from the airport, which is due to be functional in 2016, Faisal Town seems to be a good locality for investment. The society is also approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority.
