I personally believe that Commercial 2015 is a good short-term investment, and investors must consider it. And since its DHA, your investment is likely to prove promising!According to DHA’s instructions, you need to fill out the application form and attach it with a demand draft/pay order (in favour of Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad) to pay down payment and processing fees. The documents must be sent through a registered courier and mail to Manager Marketing, Defence Avenue, Phase I, DHA Islamabad.The last date to apply for commercial plots in DHA Islamabad Phase II is February 23, 2015.
You can obtain application forms either from the DHA Islamabad Office at Commercial Block Sector F, Phase-I, Expressway,DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi, or you can download the form here.
Commercial 2015 is located next to 300 multi-storey apartments along the Main Boulevard of the locality, and is equipped with all amenities and services including spacious parking areas.

Any developer in Pakistan, be it DHA or Bahria or somebody else,,, do they have any ethics at all? They are simply not taking care of interests of their customers. They simply tell you what you have to pay and when and what penalty you will incur if you do not pay on time. On their side, developer never tells you when they will complete development? What quality do they offer? What if they are late in developing, any penalties on their side? What if they never develop at all like DHA Valley? What exactly would be your location and how come the price is same for whatever location you get out of balloting whereas location is key fundamental driving value in real estate? Its all one sided, DHA, Bahria and others should be ashamed of this blatant abuse of customer rights. But who cares in Pakistan? I wish investors demand their rights and do not invest in any projects unless they get answers to above questions in legally binding and solid agreements?

Whats the affordable sector in DHA Phase 2 at the moment?

You can consider Sectors K, L, M, N and P for investment where average sale price of 1-kanal plots hover around Rs 7 million to 8 million, which means there are chances of investment growth in the said sectors.
