Lahore: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced bookings on a ‘first come, first serve basis’ for its ‘FGEHA Heights’ residential apartment project situated on Lahore’s Multan Road, according to a news report published on September 20.

According to the details shared, the booking process will continue till September 30 and both the federal and provincial government employees are expected to be accommodated in the initiative under the allotment quota policy drafted for the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP).
To apply for two and three-bedroom apartments in FGEHA Heights, the government employees need to:
- Download application forms from the authority’s website
- Submit these documents at any branch of Askari Bank against a (refundable/adjustable) membership fee of PKR 100,000

According to the developer, the apartments in the gated community are priced at PKR 4,100,000 (and above). Additional facilitate include elevators, back-up generators, commercial areas, schools, mosque and a community club. Moreover, each apartment comes with a dedicated parking space.
