Payment plan & prices
The payment plan is spread over 2 years and allows investors to purchase property on easy instalments. Buyers are required to pay 15% down payment and 11% quarterly instalments.
Shops range from 300 ft2 to 370 ft2 and cost approximately PKR 15,000 per ft2.Thus, shop prices begin from PKR 4,800,000.
Offices range from 615 ft2 to 775 ft2 and their price depends on the floor they are located on. Office spaces begin from PKR 6,000 per ft2 and have a minimum total price of PKR 3,700,000.
Future prospects
As Dream Gardens Multan is a promising project for a city that is a business gateway of central Punjab, Grand Commercial is likely to be the bling with the bang. While benefitting the residents of Dream Gardens, it will also provide ample commercial advantages to the visitors of Pearl Continental and other areas in the vicinity.
