Karachi: Blue Group of Companies (BGC), the name behind Islamabad’s famous Blue World City (BWC), on Thursday (November 12) inaugurated its Corporate Sales Office in Karachi, a news source reported. The news source made no mention of the office’s location.
The ceremony was graced by BWC CEO Chaudhary Naeem Ejaz and BWC Managing Director Sarfaraz Ahmed Gondal. The inauguration event was followed by a media brief, wherein the BWC CEO shared the group’s plan regarding their upcoming project in Karachi and also shed light on Blue World City, Islamabad.

According to Ejaz, Blue World City is emerging as Pakistan’s first tourist city featuring international standard amenities, Asia’s biggest water theme park, and replicas of Turkey’s famous Blue Mosque, Burj-ul-Arab and many other renowned monuments. He further revealed that BGC is looking to launch a separate project for Karachi, which would be exclusively reserved for the citizens.

BWC Managing Director Gondal also spoke to the reporters and said that opening the company’s office in Karachi was indispensable to facilitate the citizens. He further mentioned that the purpose-built Blue World City-Islamabad will earn its unique stature in the world as Pakistan’s first tourist city. He revealed that development work at the project site was in full swing and that they will soon complete all the formalities to formally launch the project.
