Lahore: The Blue Group of Companies has announced that the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has provided the advertisement and technical approval for its residential scheme called ‘Blue Town – Phase I (Sapphire)’ that is located at Manga Bypass, according to the society’s official Facebook page.

While talking to Zameen News, an official from Blue Town revealed that the no-objection certificate (NoC) for the project’s first phase called ‘Sapphire’ was currently being processed. Additionally, the balloting and possession dates for the venture will also be announced soon.

The Blue Town-Phase I in Lahore features an inventory of 5 marla commercial plots and 3, 5, 10-marla and 1 kanal residential plots that are already being well-received by the property market. The interested parties can avail these plots on reasonable pricing, with monthly instalment options. Additionally, the housing project features all requisite amenities like a school, park, commercial area and landscaping adornments.
