Bannu: An annual budget of over PKR 6 billion has been presented by the district council of Bannu, according to a news report. This budget was presented by District Nazim Irfanullah Khan Durrani, who informed the council that over PKR 330 million had been allocated for spending on development.
During the budget speech, he revealed that 20% of the budget was allocated for education, 10% for health, and 15% for agriculture. In addition, PKR 44 million was allocated for sports. According to details, 45% funds of the district council are yet to be released and many projects planned will be started once these funds are released.
