Peshawar: The Bank of Khyber (BOK) and the Peshawar Housing Authority Foundation (PHA-F) recently signed an agreement that enables the allottees of the Peshawar Residencia to acquire an easy home loan facility under relaxed conditions — according to a news report published earlier today (October 22).

Conventional Banking Head Sher Muhammad and PHA-F Managing Director Tariq Rashid signed the relevant documents on behalf of their respective organisations. According to this agreement, the BOK is expected to provide all the allottees of the project with easy mortgage financial solutions.
Provincial Secretary for Housing and works Dr Imran Zaib was also present on the occasion.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister of Housing Dr Amjad Ali had recently stated that the provincial government would take all possible steps to provide affordable housing facilities to the province’s low-income groups. He had further said that the housing department was making an effort to provide housing facilities to the allottees of the Peshawar Residencia, and that various banks would be brought on board in order to provide soft loans. This development is the culmination of those efforts.
