Sargodha: The authorities have promptly imposed bans on the sale and transfer of plots in various areas within the city, as a news source reported on August 30.

As per the details, Divisional Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti, in a recent development, has officially declared 38 housing schemes illegal. To ensure effective enforcement of the ban, a formal communication has been dispatched to the revenue department. The DC’s office has indicated a determination to take strict measures, including the potential demolition of any structures established within these unauthorized schemes. By ensuring that housing and infrastructure growth align with established legal and sustainable practices, these efforts aim to contribute to the well-ordered development of the region, says the DC Bhatti.
