Quetta: Balochistan Minister of Commerce & Industries Haji Muhammad Khan on Thursday expressed his resolve to turn Loralai into a new provincial division, according to a news source. He publicised his intent while highlighting the provincial government’s currently-underway initiative for resolving issues pertaining to the provision of basic amenities – as faced by the locals.
He added that this measure would help in streamlining the area’s administrative affairs.
The minister further provided his assurance that the Balochistan government was committed to fulfilling its promises made to Loralai’s residents during last year’s elections campaign.
To this end, he revealed that that authorities concerned had launched several initiative for providing uninterrupted clean water to the people; along with those geared towards roads rehabilitation and improving the region’s health and educational facilities.
