The Balloting for the plots will start in Phase IX shortly. It is rumored that balloting for plots in Phase IX will be initiated in a couple of months. However nothing is confirmed as yet.
The rumor that the balloting will take place in a couple of months has not been affirmed by the DHA officials. The sources said that there is no rejection or acceptance of the rumor on the grapevine, there fore nothing can be guaranteed regarding the time frame of the ballot to take place.
