Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced its plot balloting event, scheduled to take place on November 30 this year, for file holders of LDA City Phase I – a news reported. The authority notified the ballot date through advertisements placed in various national publications.

As per the announcement, the management would allocate plot numbers to 9,000 file holders of the project through a computerised balloting process. To facilitate this measure, the authority recently forwarded a ballot policy working paper to its governing body for approval.
Moreover, the development authority asked the file holders to get these documents transferred to their names by November 16.

Located on Main Ferozepur Road, the LDA City features residential plots measuring 5 and 10 marlas and 1 kanal. The society management recently offered a limited number of plot files for sale. The price details are as follows:
5-marla plot = PKR 21.9 million
10-marla plots = PKR 3.19 million
1-kanal plots = PKR 4.89 million
