Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman (VC) S M Imran said that after resolving the grievances of the LDA Avenue 1’s affectees, allotment of plots will be conducted by the end of next month, news sources reported.
The vice-chairman made these remarks while on a visit to the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments’ development site and ordered the officials responsible to carefully monitor the quality of the construction and send regular reports to the Chief Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi.

Furthermore, he stated that after working tirelessly, the LDA has effectively decreased the costs of LDA Naya Pakistan apartments from PKR 4.5 million to PKR 2.7 million in order to facilitate low-income members of society. He also stated that the procedure of allocating plots to 10,000 affectees in LDA City has been completed, and the remaining allocation would be completed soon.

Additionally, Chief Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi, stated that the LDA will oversee post-development and transfer maintenance of the apartment buildings and that the regulatory body will build 35,000 houses under the Naya Pakistan Apartments project.
As per Mr Imran’s official Facebook handle, development work in LDA Avenue-1’s Block C, F, G and K are underway and will be completed soon.
