Karachi: As revealed in a Twitter post shared by Bahria Town CEO Malik Riaz Hussain a few days ago, Bahria Town is all set to launch its new residential project in the city, named ‘Central Park Apartments’, on November 4 – according to a publication. This real estate development, as per a further announcement by Bahria Town Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, will feature 2-bedroom apartment units.
Additionally, Qureshi declared that this project offered a ‘great opportunity’ for adjusting the allottees of Bahria Paradise, Sports City, as well as other halted Bahria Town Karachi, schemes. He gave his assurance that all the investors and members of Bahria Town projects would be compensated with suitable accommodation in Central Park Apartments on a priority basis.
As per sources, Bahria Sports City had been faced with a number of land-availability issues that had halted its development work. However, these problems have now been resolved. Specifically, Qureshi promised that everyone who had purchased property in the said project would get their plots soon.

In his tweet, he stated that the new project would offer employment opportunities to 200,000 people. He also promised that the scheme would boost industries associated with the construction sector by bringing additional business to them
