Karachi: Bahria Town has officially launch its Nawabshah project in the Shaheed Benazirabad district of Sindh, according to a publication. As per the information available with Zameen.com, the society’s official launched ‘the most prestigious project of central Sindh’ on October 17, 2019.

Previously in November 2015, the developer had announced bookings for its limited inventory in the scheme, but later had this offer discontinued for undisclosed reasons. As per the administration, Bahria Town had received encouraging responses from investors, and the inventory sold out within hours of its launch. The project is located on Qazi Ahmed Road, Nawabshah.

For the Nawabshah scheme, Bahria Town now announces the availability of developed commercial and residential plots. And interested buyers can acquire these properties on a three-year payment plan. The inventory for residential plots comes in 125, 250, 500 and 1,000 square yard measurements, while the commercial plots measuring 125 and 250 square yards are available for purchase.

Booking for these plots started on October 17 and will last till October 28, 2019 – with the token amount set at PKR 195,000. Buyers who secure purchases on lump sum payments can avail a 5% discount as well as immediate possession of the plots.
