Karachi: The Bahria Town Karachi (BKT) management is all set to launch a new luxury residential project called Hoshang Pearl, which will feature 2-star luxury apartments and duplex penthouses, on November 21, according to news sources.
Hoshang Pearl is being developed on Hoshang Road, in Civil Lines Quarters Karachi, right next to the Karachi Club. The vertical residential structure encompasses 13 floors and aims to become Pakistan’s most luxurious serviced apartment building, which will offer ultra-modern amenities such as concierge services, health club, cinema, restaurant, spa (Turkish hammam), sky pool and round the clock security. The vertical residential facility is centrally air-conditioned and heated for the convenience of the dwellers. For each apartment unit, 2 dedicated parking spaces are reserved to securely store the vehicles of the residents.
According to the details revealed, the model apartments are open for visit. In addition, the structural work is 100% complete and the finishing of the project will be executed as per international construction standards.
