Per the information shared by the developer in a print ad, construction of this project will begin soon while possession will be handed over in one year. - Applicants who have a collective family income of or less than Rs 20,000
- Applicants who are domiciled in Sindh, preferably Karachi
- The widows of the martyrs of targeted killing
