Karachi: In a notice sent to owners of developed properties situated in Bahria Town Karachi, the developer has shared details with regard to the projects that are currently in their development phases. The notice addresses the owners of developed property units and directs them to seek possession by clearing their due possession, maintenance and utility charges.

As per details, the requirements do not apply to Bahria Town Karachi members who have purchased units in projects where development work is underway. These include some residential plots, Bahria Farm Houses, property units in Bahria Heights, Bahria Apartments (where finishing work is underway), Golf City, and plots and villas connected to Bahria Town Golf Club.

At the same time, construction work is underway at campuses of an international school, world’s third largest mosque that can host 800,000 people during prayers, a five-star Community Club, a Green Valley hyper market, and Pakistan’s largest cricket stadium. Further, development of various recreational facilities has achieved completion status, whereas commercial activities have also commenced. These include Carnival Area, international standard theme park, a Cine Gold Cinema and various food chains.

The notice directs the property owners who haven’t applied for property possession to do so in order enjoy the premier lifestyle Bahria Town Karachi offers. Those who will not apply for possession by December 31 for their developed apartment units and villas and by January 15 for their developed plots will pay a penalty of PKR 100,000 for three months – and/or their property will be allotted to another interested member.
