Islamabad: Bahria Town has relaunched Bahria Enclave Phase 2, this time with semi-developed plots in order to provide greater attraction for both genuine buyers and investors – according to the on-ground sources.
As per the details, Bahria Town has already developed the main boulevard and the project has an electricity connection and CDA NOC as well. Moreover, the construction of an exquisitely designed jamia mosque is also in the works at the project site.

Located in Mouza Phulgaran off Angoori Road, the project is located just after Bhara Kahu following the Bahria Golf City. Meanwhile, the project can also be approached from Bahria Enclave 1 through the 150-feet main boulevard.
The categories of plots launched include 5-marla, 8-marla, 10-marla, 1-kanal and 4-kanal plots. Available on a 1.5-year instalment plan, the buyers can book these plots for 30% down payment, while the remaining amount can be paid in 18-month instalments. It has been reported that the delivery of these plots is also expected within 18 months since, with the roads complete, the major remaining development in the project is the cutting out of plots as per the map since semi-developed plots already exist.
