For the last few months, Bahria Town has been embroiled in controversy on a few fronts, but it has continued to launch new projects from time to time. The developer recently launched Talha Block and new plots in Bahria Orchard, and now it has come up with a fresh investment opportunity: commercial plots on Peco Road, Lahore.
According to a Bahria Town official, this new project, featuring 4-marla commercial plots, has not been launched officially. However, registered agents of Bahria Town are promoting these plots, which have certainly caught investor attention.
According to sources, Bahria Town is set to offer 800 commercial plots on a land spanning 50 acres. And this is the same land where Ittefaq Foundry was located.
Bahria Town has categorised these plots as follows:
- Semi commercial
- Main Commercial
Please see the table below to have an idea of the price and payment plan of the plots:
Semi Commercial | Main Commercial | |
Down Payment | PKR 3,000,000 | PKR 5,500,000 |
1st instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
2nd instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
3rd instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
4th instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
5th instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
6th instalment | PKR 1,500,000 | PKR 2,750,000 |
Total | PKR 12,000,000 | PKR 22,000,000 |
Possession
According to sources, Bahria Town will hand over possession for these plots within one-and-a-half year time.
Should you invest in these plots?
From where I see, this is an investment opportunity worth considering. Those who have booked a plot would already know that their investment amount has started budding.
Even the location of this project is excellent from commercial point of view. So I recommend you consider it.
Map
As mentioned before, Bahria Town has not yet launched the project. So, its official map is not available, but will be made available within a couple of weeks, according to the sources I conversed with.
That’s all I have to share about these commercial plots for now. If you would like to add up to the information I have provided in this post, please feel free to do so in the comments section below. And let me know if you want to buy a plot. I will get you in touch with a trusted agent. Good luck!
Brothers,
Before making the investment decision in any of the Bahria’s project, please check the recent track record of Bahria which has been very poor. They grabbed money but could not deliver the projects after years like Sector-F, Bahria Green, Civic Center, Golf View etc. etc.
