Karachi: The Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) management has issued a circular on August 21, warning its residents who are involved in business activities in Goths (villages) located within the housing project that they are risking hard-earned money on ‘unapproved and unreliable ventures’, according to a post published on the Facebook page.

Reportedly, the Bahria Town Karachi authority has learned of the residents’ business involvement in these Goths and has warned the people of the consequences of these actions. The authority has declared that these areas have no approved plans/maps and routes.

Additionally, the authority has also announced that these areas with their unapproved status will not be provided with utility services like water, sewerage and power supply. The authority has announced that the sellers are misleading investors with promises of civic amenities.
