Karachi: The Bahria Town Management has shared the details of the dues applicable on plot owners looking to take possession of their allotted properties in the society’s Karachi project, according to an official document shared by the developer.
The shared document includes details of the documents required to apply for property possession, as well as utility charges, possession charges and monthly maintenance charges that have been fixed for each plot category and its respective size.
The notice states that the documents required to apply for property possession include:
Application request (to be filled by the property allottee) to seek possession
If issued earlier, Provisional Allotment Letter
Two photo copies of CNIC
Two passport size photographs (recent)
If the allottee cannot visit the Bahria Town Karachi head office in person, the person representing him should have an authority letter on at least a PKR 100 stamp paper, along with his two photographs and photocopies of his CNIC.
Original Customer copy of Transfer-letter/Booking form
All deposit slips (original) along with their photocopies
