Lahore: The administration of Bahria Town Karachi has dispatched final notices to the property owners who, despite several reminders communicated by the developer, have yet to take possession of their developed property in the residential project, according to sources.

As per the details mentioned in the official handout, people who have received this notice are required to get possession of their villa/apartment latest by December 31. The Bahria Town administration has reportedly sent several notices to these property owners in the past and now decided to take an appropriate action.

In the case property owners fail to get possession of their property by the mentioned deadline, they will be required to pay a fine of PKR 100,000 in terms of ‘Non-utilisation Charges’ for three consecutive months. Those who will not take property possession (by clearing the standard dues imposed possession handover) will face further action wherein Bahria Town Administration will handover possession of their property to other clients interested in getting property with possession available immediately.

This notice is the last notice Bahria Town Karachi has sent to their respective clients. The notice also warns the receiver that Bahria Town will not responsible for any change in the property status once the deadline expires on December 31.
