Karachi: The Bahria Town Karachi management on Wednesday announced its decision to refund the affectees of stalled projects, a news source reported. To this effect, it stated that the allottees of Bahria Sports City, Bahria Paradise, and others who had been waiting for allotments would soon receive plots or could apply for refunds as per the developer’s policy.
The notification by Bahria Town Karachi management stated that development work was underway in full swing in precincts 61, 62, and 63. It added that development was also ongoing for Villas in precinct 23-A.
On the other hand, the Facebook page of Malik Riaz revealed that the construction of ground plus two floors had been allowed for precincts 61, 62, and 63. The page also revealed the upcoming development of a mega shopping mall and a glow park.
