The project administration, in its announcement made on November 19, stated that the refund facility was available only for ‘blocked’ and or ‘cancelled files’. Earlier this month, Bahria Town’s Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi had announced to offer relief to the affectees of Bahri Sports City and Bahria Paradise.
He said that Bahria Town would keep its promises and give plots to those who will opt for the said provision instead of the refund; adding that those applying for refund against the payments they have made to the developer will be given 100% refund.
