Furthermore Zameen.com discovered, back in May 2013, that Bahria Town had signed an MOU agreement with PTCL under which PTCL shall install an interesting web of optical fibre cables within 3 months’ time and it will enable the residents to enjoy high speed bandwidth of 100mb and other value added services like VOIP, smart TV and telephone. Yes, Bahria Enclave is my favorite in Islamabad as compared to 8 phases of Bahria Town, but not better than Bahria Golf City.

Thanks for the article and sharing the information. Though I do believe that it sounds a bit biased as compared to a liberal and neutral analysis of the situation. I am one of the investors at Bahria Enclave and have been waiting since a long time on getting confirmation from BTL on the map for 8 Marla plots. It has great prospects, but only if comes through. There have been thousands of speculations around the legitimacy of the scheme, etc. BTL officials are extremely professional and have been flexible at time when I had difficulties withe the payment of the installments. I strongly hope that those speculations are all wrong and mere jealousy of the competitors, but as an investor, it does worry me and will continue to concern me until I have the possession.
Should support this quality developer who is one of its kind in Pakistan. All the big politicians with fat accounts have bought and built homes in Bahria. Bahria Town is our only hope of quality development in Pak, the authorities have been and will continue to be corrupt and deliver nothing of value but deficit after deficit .

I do not agreed with your comparison, since last 10 years Bahria fail to develop phase 8 in Islamabad, many effected people are still waiting for handing over of plots to construct their homes … for them it’s a dead investment.
Well.. it may be a good comparison in some respect and we have no reason to disagree because the comparison is Apple vs. Apple, but matter of the fact is, in Lahore, BTPL is launching project after one another without giving location/map. I wounder, why no one dare to ask how can they do it? I’ve seen hundred and thousands of people are putting their money in such projects without knowing actual locations. Can someone help me in knowing where on the map is Sector F, Golf view and now Green? Is investment in these sectors safe? It will also be a matter of great interest for many to compare prices of these (hanging) projects with existing on ground projects..

Yes.. DHA Valley is a good place to invest for the future returns.
Please thinks hundreds time when investing in Pakistan real-estate as it is a big Mafia and they change the rates as per their wishes when they have to sell their plots. Many expatriate invested in DHA Valley being developed & construed by Bahria and if you call them and ask them about the possession, will ask you to wait for at least 2 more years. I have called them in 2011, 2012 & now 2013, got the same reply with no visible construction on the site since 2011?
