Islamabad: After disinfecting Bhara Kahu, Bahria Town has started to disinfect Shehzad Town as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus, a news source reported. The society management is carrying out the disinfectant drive in cooperation with the district administration.

Reportedly, Bahria Town owns the only Multi-function Dust Suppression Machine in Pakistan that’s deemed fit for the job. The spraying mechanism this machine employees has been recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as it covers a larger area without wasting the disinfectant solution.
Bahria Town Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Malik Riaz Hussain purchased this machine from China a few weeks ago to help control the pandemic in areas reporting a high number of COVID-19 cases. As per reports, the society management has already desensitized several areas in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. These include Simly Dam Road, Pansera, PTV Colony and Bhara Kahu.

Sources within Bahria Town reveal that the activity in Islamabad and adjoining areas will continue for as long as required.
