Lahore: The management of Bahria Town Karachi recently announced a discount provision for the successful applicants of its new Central Park Apartments project, a news source reported. According to the publication, the individuals looking to reserve their apartments through the scheme’s booking form process will receive a discount of PKR 100,000 — only if they prove to be successful in the subsequent balloting run.
The source further revealed that Bahria Town would adjust the discount amount in the down payment for the allotted apartments.
The last date for submitting the booking forms – which have sold out – is November 14 (tomorrow). Additionally, the Bahria Town administration has made it clear that it would not issue any more booking forms following the expiration of its stated deadline.
Central Park Apartments is a new development that offers a view of the Bahria Town Central Park; which the developer has constructed in order to replicate its renowned namesake in New York City. In addition, the project offers 2-bed apartment units, along with a limited number of 4-bed penthouses.
