Karachi: Bahria Town Karachi has announced the last date to submit booking forms for its recently launched Central Park Apartments, according to its official social media channels. The applicants who have procured these forms from Bahria Town head offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, as well as the project’s designated bank branches in Sindh, are required to submit them latest by November 14, 2019.

With this announcement, Bahria Town also revealed that it will not issue any more forms for this specific project. The price for one form was PKR 1,000.
The Bahria Town administration further revealed that the project has received an overwhelming response, as the entire stock available for the booking forms was sold out on the second day of its launch. Several projects announced by the developer in the past have generated similar response.

Central Park Apartments overlook the Bahria Town Central Park, which is a replica of Central Park in New York. The project features 2-bedroom apartments and a limited number of 4-bedroom penthouses.
The total price for a 2-bedroom apartment has been set at PKR 7,450,000, while the price for a penthouse is PKR 21,650,000. These units can be booked for a down payment of PKR 645,000 and PKR 1,745,000 respectively. This amount has to be submitted along with the booking forms, while the applicants are also required to submit PKR 10,000 as a processing fee.

According to information available at Bahria Town helpline, those interested in booking the apartments can visit the developer’s head offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Here they can procure their booking forms, as well as submit the down payment, processing fee, and the form fee required to be a part of the subsequent location ballot.
Bahria Town hasn’t yet revealed the date for holding the location ballot for the Central Park Apartments. Sources also claim that they have issued the same number of forms as the total number of apartment units to be constructed in Central Park Apartments. For more updates, stay tuned to Zameen News.
