Peshawar: Bahria Town CEO Malik Riaz has announced that the developer’s Peshawar project will be completed and delivered within three years — and that a 30% quota of properties has been reserved exclusively for overseas Pakistanis, according to a news source. He made this announcement yesterday (December 5), during the inauguration ceremony for the Bahria own Peshawar Sales and Marketing Office — located at the project site on GT Road, near Tarnab Agricultural Institute.

Addressing the gathered crowd, Riaz also announced that Bahria Town Peshawar would span 100,000 kanals and feature 200,000 plots, apartments, and affordable houses in various sizes. He further revealed that development work at the project site would commence from next year, for which Bahria Town would deploy modern machinery and use the latest technology available. In addition, he vowed that the development standards employed in Bahria Town Peshawar would match the quality of work being done in Dubai and Qatar.

The Bahria Town CEO went on to add that the Peshawar project would feature modern malls, schools, cinemas, theme parks, health services, colleges, mosques, and an uninterrupted supply of water, gas and electricity. He further announced his intentions to construct a grand jamia masjid in his Peshawar project as well. He also promised that the project would be so all-encompassing that its residents wouldn’t need to travel out of its premises to meet their daily needs.

Malik Riaz pledged to make Bahria Town Peshawar, Pakistan’s most beautiful housing project. Bahria Town Country Head Shahid Qureshi added that in his opinion, the Peshawar project would be a game changer for the city’s real estate market in the future.
