The planned section of the Lahore Ring Road that hasn’t been constructed yet will not have an adverse effect on the society as it is not in the vicinity. Additionally, rumours regarding an extension of Raiwind Road, if proven true, may give the project an extra boost, enhancing the superiority of its location.

I have read that LDA has declared Bahria Orchard phase –II, Sector D, E, and F of Bahria Town Lahore illegal according to Development work, constructions against the provisions of law of Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land sub-division Rules, 2010.
LDA stated that the construction work of Bahria Orchard phase –II, Sector D, E and F of Bahria Town, Lahore was a violation of provisions of Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land sub-division Rules, 2010.
No information is found over internet. What is source of the information and is there any location on map whether its adjacent to chinarbagh or opposite to existing bahria orchard phase1?

Bahria Town sells its projects through its authorised dealers and does not advertise the the projects which are relatively smaller in scale.

Just spoke to couple of real estate guys and they are saying investor are not taking interest at all, its there is market since so many days but no interest from buyers and main reason they are telling sector F, Bahria Town has lost its trust in Lahore so people are really careful. And my request to Zameen guys please don’t be marketing team for Bahria, Bahria Town lost its trust same case can be with you guys.
We overseas investors are not dumb any more, so please provide reality.

These plots offered are on the land which bahria already have. D block plot are good as the will mix with the other orchard, the other deal which is next to chinar bagh needs long time as there is no big develpomnt on this side. more details contact @ 0334-0600006

Please don’t trap the innocent people into the trap of Bahria Town. Me too is victim who fell prey in blocking investment in Bahria Town. Numerous persons are lamenting & cursing him for his foul play. Bahria Town & Malik Raiz has seen their peak & now is the time of their downfall. Please try to rescue the victims of Bahria Town from the cruel clutches of these land mafia instead of luring them into another scam
I think while sharing such new deals regarding Bahria, you should also highlight that Bahria has failed to deliver plots to sector-f, Golf view etc. etc. so that innocent people are not further trapped in Bahria town’s tactics. We condemn Bahria on launching new traps without fulfilling old promises.

Hence, I will request please do mention the progress of Bahria existing projects and present your analysis critically.

Only “Real Estate Regulatory Authority” can streamline the conduct of Developers like DHA , BT and others. Nothing else would be able to control these ruthless giants.
Until PML(N) in power there wont be any regulation authority as CM and PM want to have their say in every case. They will not have independent institutes.
