Karachi: The Bahria Town Karachi administration has announced the open-forms submission deadline for its Central Park Apartments project situated in Bahria Paradise — for apartment units booked at the time of the project launch in November last year, according to a recent notice issued by the developer.
The last date to submit the application forms for Central Park Apartments project has been set for January 15. As per the information sourced through Bahria Town Helpline Number 0800-00-100, the notices has been displayed in Bahria Town Karachi Head Office (situated on Super Highway) and is being advertised through social media.
Sources have confirmed that people who booked the Central Park Apartment units at the time of the launch will also be required to submit certain amount in terms of down payment along with their open form submissions. Bahria Town Helpline staff says that the developer opened booking against the total number of units planned in the project.
Bahria Town management earlier announced to offer a PKR 100,000 discount to people who reserved booking for these apartments. The discount was to be adjusted in the down payment amount. So Central Park Apartments open forms will be submitted along the discounted down payment amount of PKR 556,000.
