Karachi: Bahria Town Karachi has announced the deadline for the submission of booking forms for a limited number of 2-bedroom apartments in its Bahria Heights project, according to a news publication. Interested applicants are to submit their booking forms latest by February 20, 2018.
The booking forms can be procured from and submitted to the Bahria Town Head Office on Super Highway.
Bahria Heights is an apartment project themed around a neighbourhood concept. The project features 2-bedroom apartments spanning 1,100 square feet. These units are offered on a three-year payment plan, where the total price of an apartment is set at PKR 9,250,000.
The developer plans to grant property possession for these apartments in two years. The project’s prime features include round the clock security, a mini golf club, commercial area, gymnasium and a spa, restaurants, play areas and an expansive car parking space.
