Attock: The concerned authorities have acquired land measuring 400 kanals for the development of Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) in the Attock District, a news source reported. Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar had earlier issued the orders to purchase land for the project.

In this regard, the Attock Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office held a meeting with the district officers. While presiding over the meeting, Attock DC Ishratullah Khan Niazi said that the government of Pakistan is focused on improving the lives of the general public, especially for the deserving people. The NPHP is part of these efforts targeted for social welfare, he added.

Furthermore, DC Niazi mentioned that the related development on this NPHP project in Attock will start soon, and it is primarily meant to benefit the local residents and offer them affordable housing options.
