Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is auctioning commercial plots in Sectors G-13 and G-14 (Class-III) in Islamabad, according to the authority’s official website. The commercial plots available are of different sizes and will be auctioned off on September 12 and 13.
The auction also includes a petrol filling station plot, which will be auctioned on September 12 at 10 AM at Aura Grande, E-11, Islamabad. The buyers will get a 10% rebate on advance lump-sum payment on the commercial plots being auctioned in Sectors G-13 and G-14 . The plot details can be found here: http://auction.fgeha.gov.pk/.
The sites are suitable for the establishment of multipurpose businesses, shopping centres, corporate offices and banks. The plots are ideally located on Main Srinagar Highway, adjacent to Metro Station, GT Road and N-5. It is also accessible from Islamabad International Airport and Motorway M-1 and M-2. It was highlighted that the general public and overseas Pakistanis or their authorised attorneys could participate in the auction.
