Karachi: The management of the ASF City Karachi has announced its decision to commence with the transfers of ‘fully-paid’ plot files, according to a message posted on the developer’s Facebook page. The announcement came ahead of the ballot event, scheduled to take place on November 15, during which the administration would allocate numbers against plots in the scheme.
As per the details communicated, the transfer and membership fees as well as other charges for these properties amount to:

Previously, the society’s management had extended the ballot date from October 4 to November 14. According to the last update shared on this front, the ASF City members who have paid a minimum of 11 instalments for their plot files will be included in the ballot process.
ASF Foundation CEO Colonel (retired) Habib Khawaja had announced in July 2019 that the possession for plots in ASF City Karachi would be transferred to the owners in 2022.
