Gujranwala: ARY Group Chief Operating Officer (CEO) Salman Iqbal, ARY News Punjab Bureau Chief Tariq Munir Butt and ARY Laguna Chief Operating Officer (COO) Fayyaz visited the Defence Housing Authority Gujranwala Head Office where they met Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani.
During this meeting, the official discussed the modalities and various options regarding the launch of ARY Laguna in DHA Gujranwala. The delegation also visited the project site and received a briefing on the ongoing development in DHA Gujranwala. In response, the delegates appreciated the rapid progress underway at the project site.
Earlier in December 2020, the authority signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ARY Laguna to develop a beach-view society in DHA Gujranwala. The 400-acre society is planned to be a modern and exotic urban community that will also feature the signature ‘artificial crystal lagoon’.
As for the development update, the water drainage system at DHA Gujranwala is near completion for both residential and commercial sectors. The system includes RDD covered drains, stormwater drains and a well-planned sewerage network.
