Lahore: Bahria Town Peshawar Country Head Shahid Qureshi has stated that the developer is currently seeking approvals from the authorities concerned for officiating the planned launch of its housing scheme in the city, according to a short video clip of the said official being circulated on social media.

Qureshi shared this information while addressing a gathering earlier this week. He also clarified several rumours with regard to the launch date of the Bahria Town Peshawar project; requesting the general public to pay no heed to the reports alleging the project’s official launch date to be in January.

The Bahria Town country head said that the Peshawar project would be launched through a proper mechanism ‘as the Bahria Town management has learnt well from the mistakes made in the past’. ‘The experience gained from such mistakes has convinced the society management to make no such mistake while launching their Peshawar project,’ he further stated.
Qureshi also announced that Bahria Town ‘would not succumb to anyone’s pressure’ with regard to their Peshawar project launch and will follow the standard procedures and procure all approvals prior to the project’s official launch. This may require some time before Bahria Town Peshawar gets all the NOCs, he added.
