Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Saturday (September 12) announced via its official Facebook page that it had started to receive applications for the residential plots located in Park Enclave Phase III. As per the post, the deadline for submitting the application forms is September 17; with the authority set to conduct the ballot on September 24.
The CDA has set up a dedicated page on its official website that provides details on how to apply for the Park Enclave III residential plots. As per the information available there, all Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply – be it residents or non-residents as well as companies/firms and housing societies registered under the relevant law.

In addition to that, the authority will also be taking applications from foreign companies/nationals who have the required permissions issued by the Minister of Interior. Those looking to be a part of the balloting process on behalf of another person or company are required to submit the Special Power of Attorney, sealed resolution or authorisation from the company along with a copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration.
Following are the details on how to apply online for the residential plots in Park Enclave III:
- Applicants must know that application form for these plots required to buy online cost PKR 10,000/each and can be purchased via credit/debit card. Each application form has a unique number that is required for the proceeding of the online application process. This number will be sent via an email
- After purchasing the form and receiving the application number, the applicants will have to deposit 10% of the total price as down payment against each application in any of the following CDA international bank account numbers:

Once the payment is made, the bank will issue a reference number along with the receipt for token of funds. This reference number is mandatory for submitting an online application form
- The applicants are now required to fill in the Online Application Form available using their CNIC/NICOP and the application number sent via email to complete the application process

Important
- Once the application is successfully submitted, the CDA will send an acknowledgement email
- The CDA will send a notification to the applicant upon receiving the funds – 10% down payment (submitted in any of the above-mentioned bank accounts)
- The successful applicants will bear all the government-imposed taxes
- By submitting an online form, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions specified by the CDA on its online brochure
Refund Policy
- The unsuccessful applicants will receive the refunded payment within 45 days of the ballot completion in PKR
- The CDA or the bank where the funds were deposited will not pay any markup, profit or interest to the applicant
- The same bank where the deposit was made will issue the refunds
- The bank will issue the refund in form of draft/PO/CDR after completing the due verification process – which will be crossed as ‘Payee Account Only’ and marked as ‘Non-Transferable’
- Applicants must clearly mention their bank, branch name, and account number in Pakistan for the deposit of the refunded amount.
