Applications invited for commercial plots in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Sunday (August 15) invited applications for commercial plots in LDA City Jinnah Sector, according to a news advertisement. Online applications will be accepted from August 16, 2021 until September 15, 2021.  According to the advertisement, applicants can apply online by visiting the LDA’s official website at www.lda.gop.pk.

As per the advert, following are the important key points for interested applicants:  

Non-refundable application processing fee:

• PKR 10,000 for plots measuring up to 8 marlas 

• PKR 15,000 for plot measuring between 8 and 15 marlas

• PKR 20,000 for plots larger than 15 marlas

Down payment, payment plan etc.

• Successful applicants will have to submit a 20% down payment within 30 days of balloting

• Payment of remaining amount to be cleared in 2 years’ installments 

• 10% discount on lump sum payment of allotted plot

The ad further revealed that an applicant can submit more than one applications for various categories of plots.
