According to details, the order came during the hearing of a suo moto case on encroachments in Islamabad. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Gulzar Ahmed heard the case. The CJ issued orders for removing various encroachments – from playgrounds to greenbelts – from the city. Additionally, Ahmed warned of action against the officers who fail to do so.
