Karachi – Following the directions of Supreme Court, the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) launched an anti-encroachment drive in Surjani Town and recovered 310 acres of land of a trust, which was occupied by the land mafia.
The action was led by Bilal Manzar, Senior Director of Anti-encroachment Task Force. Whereas, other related officials of KMC were also present on the occasion.
During this drive, the Anti-Encroachment Task Force razed various concrete structures including shops and houses and handed over the recovered area to the Project Director of Surjani Town.
