Lahore: The police is taking strict action against encroachments, wrong parking and one-way violations, a news source reported. During a month, with the help of business community and after serving notices to the encroachers, crackdown has been launched.
According to details, about 88 cases have been registered for not removing encroachments. These include 52 cases from city division and 36 cases from Saddar division. The purpose of the crackdown is to improve the flow of traffic in the city and noticeable improvement has been seen as a result.
