Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Daru Khan Achakzai expressed his views on the matter. He was addressing a press briefing in Karachi on Tuesday.
To facilitate this measure, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan recently invited proposals from the business community. This particular scheme, he stated, is not aimed at revenue collection.
The FPCCI chief, referring to his meeting with the PM, said that the government wanted rapid industrialisation and export-oriented growth. For this purpose, undocumented transactions need to be mobilised into the industrial sector.
