Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Chairman Sheikh Muhammad Imran has said that all possible facilities will be provided to high-rise buildings to stop the spread of the city into agricultural areas, so that agricultural land could be saved – a news source reported.

He further said that for this purpose, construction rules will be amended, new SOPs will be introduced, and the procedure for approvals will be made easier.
He said Gwadar’s builders will be welcomed in Lahore and all possible facilities will be provided to them for the construction of high-rise buildings in Lahore. He was speaking to a delegation of Gwadar Developers and Builders Association.
The delegation was briefed in detail about the plots dedicated for high-rise buildings, regulations for the construction of high-rise buildings, and the matters relating to NOCs. The briefing also provided them detailed information about commercial plots in the Finance & Trade Centre in Johar Town.
