Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Information Lieutenant General (retired) Asim Saleem Bajwa on Monday stated that all China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) jobs and projects information would be made available on the initiative’s official website, a news source reported. He made these remarks while taking notice of several fake social media campaigns related to the initiative.

On his Twitter account, Bajwa stated that people should ignore fake news related to CPEC jobs, projects, and other individuals concerned. He added that all ads for such jobs would be posted on the CPEC official website.
Bajwa, who is also the chairman of CPEC authority, had also announced an internship programme for the youth under the initiative this month. Under this programme, youngsters will be able to join a CPEC-specific internship spanning over three months. According to details, the aim of the internship programme is to empower and develop young leaders in the country.
