Lahore: The management of Alkabir Town Phase- II has informed all of its customers and dealers that the second balloting for Umar Block will be held on July 24, as per the project’s official Facebook handle.
Moreover, it was announced that the customers and dealers should pay their instalments before July 15 to be included in the said ballot.
The letter further said that members who have been allotted plots in the first balloting of Umar Block, must pay their dues by 15 July 2021, or their allocation would be revoked.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the customers, the administration has waived late payment surcharges by 100% for those members who pay their instalments by July 15. Presently, development work is underway in the society at a rapid pace.
