Lahore: The Al-Noor Orchard Housing Scheme on Friday launched residential plots in its West Marina project, a news source reported. According to details, the society’s management has set the booking rates for these plots at PKR 200,000 and upwards.
The Al-Noor Orchard West Marina features plots of 3, 5, and 10 marlas, as well as 1 kanal. Interested buyers can avail the 5-year easy instalment plan with monthly instalments starting from PKR 12,000. The plot owners can expect the balloting within a year and possession within two and half years. Sources have revealed that the dues paid include the development charges.
