Lahore: Al-Kabir Town, a well-known name in the real estate development sector, has launched Al-Kabir Orchard – the developer’s first low-cost housing project, according to a post shared on their official Facebook page on July 24. The project features 3 marla residential plots being offered on a three-year payment plan.

According to the post, the project’s official launch will be held on August 1 at the project’s site on the main Grand Trunk (GT) Road near Kala Shah Kaku Interchange. The project offers plots on a three-year payment plan with booking amount set at PKR 200,000. Reportedly, the monthly instalment of a plot will be PKR 8,500. The project is said to be the first residential venture of developers in the low-cost housing sector.
It is worth noting that Al-Kabir has just completed the development and balloting of Umer Block on Main Raiwind Road. The developers declared during the balloting event that they will be launching a low-cost residential project to help alleviate the housing shortfall in the country.
