Lahore: The administration of Al-Kabir Town has announced their agreement with Akhuwat Foundation for provision of an easy housing loan facility under the government’s flagship ‘Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar’ initiative, according to a post published on society’s official Facebook page on April 6.

Al-Kabir Town has claimed to become the very first housing project to be approved in this regard. Akhuwat Foundation Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Saqib Amjab was also in attendance during the memorandum of understanding (MoU) ceremony.

After this development, the interested buyers of Al-Kabir Town will be able to get loans on easy terms for buying or construction of their homes. Previously, the housing scheme announced that they were in conversation with the foundation regarding Prime Minister Imran Khan’s low-cost housing initiative and will soon be announcing ‘a great opportunity for the community’. The housing project is currently being developed at a rapid pace, with Sui gas installation already underway in the Al-Kabir Town Phase II.
